The conference venue is located in Sabang, which is 60km north of Puerto Princessa City. While the city has many options for accommodations, we recommend staying at hotels within Sabang as it will take about 1hour to travel via local transport (bus or jeepney) to/from Puerto Princessa. If the conference venue is booked, here are other options for accommodation in Sabang:
- Sheridan organic farm and eco village (appropriate for student groups. Dormitory type rooms with 8 beds)
- Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort
Puerto Princessa is the capital city of Palawan, which is an island west of the Philippines. The most convenient way to reach Palawan is by domestic air travel via two main international port of entries, Manila and Cebu. The three main airlines operating between Palawan and Cebu/Manila are Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific and Air Asia. When booking via Manila, please allocate at least 3 hours of layover to transfer between international and domestic airports. Traveling to Palawan via Cebu Mactan Airport is convenient and preferred if you can find an international route to Cebu from your location.
